1. General Information
- These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of information and services related to Kohinoor Riverdale by Kohinoor Group.
- By accessing or using the project’s website, brochures, or related materials, you agree to abide by these Terms.
- The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Project Information & Pricing
- All images, floor plans, project details, specifications, and amenities mentioned are for representational purposes and may be subject to change.
- The developer reserves the right to modify the layout, designs, specifications, and other project aspects without prior notice.
- Prices, payment plans, and availability of units are subject to change at the discretion of the developer.
3. Booking and Payments
- A unit will be considered booked only upon receipt of the booking amount and submission of necessary documents as required by the developer.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule; failure to do so may result in penalties or cancellation of the booking.
- In case of cancellation by the buyer, the refund policy will be governed by the terms outlined in the agreement for sale.
4. Possession and Handover
- The tentative possession date is subject to regulatory approvals and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Possession of the unit will be granted only after full payment of the total consideration amount, along with applicable taxes and other charges.
- Any modifications or customizations in the unit requested by the buyer will be subject to feasibility and additional costs.
5. Compliance and Legalities
- The project is subject to approvals from relevant authorities, and any delay in obtaining necessary clearances may affect the timelines.
- Buyers must comply with all applicable laws, including RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) regulations.
- The agreement for sale will be the final binding document outlining all legal obligations between the buyer and the developer.
6. Liability & Indemnity
- The developer shall not be held responsible for any indirect losses, delays due to force majeure events, or changes in government policies affecting the project.
- Buyers agree to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from any claims arising due to violations of these Terms.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the project shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be subject to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The courts in Pune, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes related to the project.
